RAIM/FDE Prediction

Various certification authority guidance for area navigation (RNAV) and required navigation performance (RNP) operations requires a pre-flight receiver autonomous integrity monitoring (RAIM) or fault detection and exclusion (FDE) prediction be performed to determine the availability of RAIM/FDE before commencing a flight.

Garmin provides this free RAIM/FDE Prediction service to provide high quality prediction which takes into account the performance of Garmin GPS receivers.
