Connext error codes when I attempt registration for Connext services?

An Error 8 is an access code/System ID failure.  It is generated when either:

  1. the user incorrectly enters the access code (from the confirmation email) into the GSR 56 control unit, or
  2. the System ID (from the GSR 56 control unit) does not match the System ID on the user’s account.

The user should first verify the access code from the confirmation email and reenter the code into the display unit.

If the Error 8 continues to be an issue, the user should verify the System ID from the GSR 56 control unit and call Connext support at 1-913-440-1135.
